Personal: David has represented hundreds of employees against some of the nation's largest companies and corporations, represented by some of the largest law firms, and has been involved in obtaining millions of dollars in recovery for the clients. He has also had success at the appellate level when the trial court's decision was adverse to the interest of his client.

In a addition to representing clients in the traditional superior courts, David has also represented clients in appellate courts, federal courts, as well as in various governmental employment forums, including the Merit Systems Protection Board, and in Skelly Hearings.
