Biography
Linda has extensive experience in all aspects of Child Welfare law and was appointed by the Attorney General as a Special Assistant Attorney General more than 25 years ago. She is appointed to represent the state in matters of child abuse and neglect. She is also appointed to represent the Division of Aging Services in cases of elder abuse and neglect. She actively participates as a team member of the Coweta County Family Treatment Court program. She has experience in estate planning, and is available to advise on a wide range of probate matters including minor and adult guardianships. Prior to specializing in Child Welfare law and Probate matters, she practiced family law, personal injury and medical malpractice law.
